Refund and Exchange policy
Macpac asks that you choose your purchases carefully as we do not provide refunds if you change your mind. Products may be exchanged for goods of similar value provided they are in ‘as sold’ condition, accompanied by the original purchase receipt and are returned within 14 days of the original purchase (at the customer’s expense). In all other instances Macpac will meet its obligations under the consumer guarantees act.

Products that we sell
We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale without notice, for any reason.  However for various reasons, that product might still appear on our website.

All product prices stated on this website are inclusive of New Zealand goods and services tax.

Displayed pricing applies to New Zealand resident customers (NZD) and Australian resident customers (AUD) only. Online shopping and mail order services are only available to customers with delivery addresses in New Zealand and Australia, however you may click here to find your local Macpac stockist.

Credit card details are only collected and stored for a maximum of 14 days.

Macpac Wilderness Club (MWC) Gift Card Terms and Conditions
For every $200 spent, a $20 gift card will be issued. Number of Gift Cards earnt to be based on transaction total of a single transaction. Offer only available to MWC members. Does not apply to commercial purchases. Offer ends 10/01/2010. Cannot be redeemed for cash. No change or additional cards will be given on purchases less than card value. Must be redeemed instore before 28 February 2010 – offer not available online or through mail order. Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
