Key Holder Position - Sylvia Park

The Sylvia Park Macpac store is now looking for an enthusiastic outdoorsy person to take on the challenge as Full time Keyholder while working towards developing within the business. The ideal person for us is down-to-earth and team-focused. To be successful in this role there should be retail sales experience with a demonstrated understanding of retail selling techniques and a genuine desire to help customers meet their needs.

Experience with outdoor products and a passion for the outdoors is ideal.

The wages offered are competitive and will be commensurate with experience.

The successful applicant will need to be a part of a very flexible roster working both weekdays and weekends.

Assistant Retail Manager – Macpac Botany Downs

We are now looking for a strong leader to join the team as a Retail Assistant Manager in our Macpac Botany Downs store.

The ideal person for us is emotionally and professionally mature and is self-motivated. To be successful in this role there should be sound leadership experience and retail experience at a management level with a demonstrated ability to manage, train, organise, motivate and inspire their retail team.

Experience and confidence in the use of outdoor products and a passion for the outdoors is essential.

Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security and basic financial reporting will be called upon regularly.

The position reports to the Store Manager. The salary is competitive and negotiable and will be commensurate with experience. We offer excellent staff prices on Macpac product.
