Why we made this
The LifeStraw Go 2-Stage Filtration Water Bottle incorporates 2-stage filtration technology into a refillable water bottle.
  • Product Description
The LifeStraw Go 2-Stage Filtration Water Bottle incorporates 2-stage filtration technology into a refillable water bottle. In addition to the hollow fibre membrane which removes bacteria and protozoa, it incorporates a carbon capsule that reduces chemicals as well as bad odour and taste. Now also available in two colours. Prior to the first use of your LifeStraw Go, remove the carbon capsule from the filter and place it under clean flowing tap water. Also, rinse the bottle, cap, and filter with safe water prior first use. Upon first use or anytime the filter is dry, fill bottle with water, screw lid on, and allow to sit for a few seconds to prime the filter. Then take a few quick sips to get the water flowing. LifeStraw Go will no longer filter water when the product has reached the end of its working life. Inability to sip water through LifeStraw Go indicates that the product should be replaced. After use and before storing, unscrew lid, rinse with safe tap water, and let dry before screwing lid back on and putting it away in storage Remove the filter before placing bottle in dishwasher for cleaning.

The bottle will need the straw, but it does not mean that it is unusable when it stops filtering: Filters up to 4000 L of water.
