Compact and Practical
Very light weight I lay on wet grass in the bush and water did not come through , the mesh was very good I did not get bitten so that was great

Solid lightweight option
Have used the bivvy bag a few times now and found it surprisingly comfortable. Without a pole support the mesh sometimes sits on my face but is light enough to not bother me at all. In cooler conditions some condensation builds up around my sleeping bag but that's to be expected with the temperature difference. I have a sleeping bag with water resistance outer so it was fine. By the time the morning sun peaks the inside is dry again thanks to the event membrane. The mesh keeps out the mosquitoes out. Have not used it in wet conditions yet but am looing forward to heading out with it again soon. 4/5 as I think in wet weather a light wire hood support could be handy.
