Why we made this
Engineered for minimal weight and maximum space, the three-season Sololight is designed to support a single person hiking below the snowline in the warmer months.

Product Description
Our lightest tent, the Sololight is engineered for minimal weight, optimal space and weather protection. Weighing in at just 1.29 kg, this one person hiking tent has a single ridge pole, Multi-Pitch™ design with two small struts (one at each end) to maximise space. The Multi-Pitch™ system offers ultimate versatility when it comes to uncertain weather conditions, allowing you to pitch both the fly and the inner independently of each other. The waterproof UV20™ PE fly is factory seam sealed to provide a 1,200 mm hydrostatic head — striking the balance between weight and performance with silicone coatings on the outside to repel moisture and PE on the inside to ensure it's waterproof during those unexpected downpours. Similarly, the waterproof 'tub floor' design is made from lightweight ripstop nylon featuring a 10, 000 mm hydrostatic head rating, effectively removing the need for a separate footprint. With mesh used extensively throughout the inner, the Sololight allows for greater airflow in warmer climates. A large vestibule enables sheltered cooking and gear storage, while the DAC Featherlite NSL™ poles are strong, stable and 'green anodised' to minimise the use of toxic chemicals during the production process. A great tent for solo adventures.

Always dry tent components before storing
When required, clean your tent with pure, non-detergent soap or Nikwax® Tech Wash® and a soft-bristled brush or sponge
Do not machine wash
Rinse well and dry in a well-ventilated area out of direct sunlight
After washing, we recommend that you reproof the fly with Nikwax® Tent & Gear SolarProof®
UV damage — do not leave tent pitched in direct sunlight for longer than necessary
Hot surfaces — do not pitch tent on hot surfaces as can cause blistering of fabric
Repairs — fabric patches and a pole repair sleeve are included for temporary repair
Contact Macpac Repairs Department for permanent repair — see ‘Warranty & Repairs’ link under the Help section for more information
