Although this Says self inflating mattress I just brought one and it doesn’t inflate. Any suggestions?
Louise y on Jan 2, 2020
BEST ANSWER: We have two of these and they both work great. Check you have the valve in the right setting for air input and leave it for a few hours the first time while the foam expands. I then manually put a few extra puffs in to get it to the height I want. If this doesn’t work you might need to take it back to the store.
Is the outer fabric bonded to the foam? Dave P
Dave P on Jan 28, 2020
BEST ANSWER: Hello Dave,

Yes it is. When you deflate the mat, fabric won't slide away from the foam.

Kind regards,

Are you going to restock this product? Or is there a newer model coming?
Sam F on Jan 15, 2021

We look to be getting more stock arriving, but not until middle of this year.

How do you deflate this mattress? Both valves are letting air back into the mattress when we go to re-roll to compress air out.
Aziza on Dec 22, 2020

This should have a double valve (one under the top which lets the air in), which you need to open fully to let the air out as you roll.

What is the R rating for this mattress?
Mark J on Feb 3, 2020
BEST ANSWER: Hello Mark, we don't have an official rating for this mattress due to its overall size - hard to test. It is a comfort mat and not a light weight tramping mat - so should provide sufficient protection from cold ground. Thanks the Macpac Team
Hi, Would this fit in the minaret tent? If not what do you recommend for two people, Thanks
Sophie W on Sep 23, 2019
BEST ANSWER: You will need to check the dimensions of the tent and the mat. If it does fit in the tent then they are an awesome sleeping mat and highly recommended

How to delflate?
Kim J on Jan 16, 2019

You can deflate this by loosening the valve and folding the mat and applying weight to ensure you push the air out. Please see a link to a video which will show you how to do this.

Cheers :)
