Can the sipper insert be removed for cleaning purposes? Have already purchased
Marty on Feb 9, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Hello Martin, yes the sipper insert can be easily removed. It is recommended to use it when drinking as the open top is wider than your mouth and you can end up with a bit of water down your front without it (from personal experience). Thanks
These are advertised as BPA-free, but do they have BPS?
Joao C on Dec 22, 2020

We cannot guarantee that the product is BPS free, but going forward, will be testing for this.

Hello, is this water bottle and cap safe to use with boiling (or near boiling) liquids? I use a similar nalgene in such a way with no issues. Thank you.
Joshua J on Jul 10, 2020

Thank you for your enquiry.

We wouldn’t recommend putting boiling water in these drink bottles.

Thanks - the Macpac Team
