How water proof is this pack?
BEST ANSWER: Hello Penny. We don’t consider packs to be waterproof as we don't seal their seams, and zips are hard to guarantee as a waterproof option due to the nature of their construction. The Aztec canvas is likely the most water resistant pack fabric we use. It will depend on your planned use, urban use like work or travel will be fine as you won't be in extended periods of heavy rain. Out in the bush you would want a pack liner though as all day heavy rain will begin to soak through the seams. In general hooded bags are better in the bush as well as they don't have a zip open to the elements. We hope this helps. Thanks.
