Wholesome pre-cooked porridge with dried fruit and a raw sugar sachet. To prepare, remove the sugar sachet and then add 500 ml (2 cups or MT EVEREST fill line) of boiling water to pouch. Stir and stand for 10-15 minutes — sprinkle sugar on top as desired. This regular serve is for one person and weighs 675 g once prepared. Please note, this meal contains oats, milk, soybeans, sulphites and is processed in a facility that also produces products containing wheat, rye, barley, egg, fish, tree nuts.
