May be great backpackers bag but not want I wanted
Recommend you must see it in person before purchasing online. Bought and tried for a bit. Replaced within 4 months as while it looks good it doesn't make great use of the volume for my wants. Ended up with 23l Quest which seems to get more into it, and more accessible.

trade off: laptop sleeve is terrible, bag extremely comfortable
Really great, comfortable durable bag. If it broke tomorrow then I would happily buy this exact same bag again. Has lasted about 4 years of daily use. 2 problems with it -
1. the clip on the waist strap isn't very strong
2. the laptop sleeve is really not good at all - it will end up putting a lot of pressure on the laptop, due to the curved design of the bag, and it is not easy to put a laptop into. My advice is not to use it.
I do highly recommend this bag.

I like the external pockets for hats, sitting mat etc. Good size, light. Only negative is that the hole for my water nozzle is too tight.

The perfect backpack for hiking
The perfect backpack for hiking. Has loads of easy to get to compartments. Bottle holder. Also a frame to keep it off my back so I don't sweat and a built in rain cover. It's light and just what I needed.

Excellent tramping day pack
This is the day pack I have been looking for. It has all the features: outer pocket for the jacket, large water bottle holder, small easy to access belt compartments for things like lip balm, outer pocket for things like sunglasses and hat. It fits close to the body for good support and I like the back ventilation. Looking forward to testing it out soon.

10/10 backpack
I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but when I was searching for a backpack for my upcoming cycling trip I read the reviews on this backpack and wasn't too sure about it.
Well, I cycled with this backpack for almost 3000km from Alps to bicycles paths and can 100% say this is a 5/5 bag. Anyone that disagrees like some of the other reviews are asking more then what a backpack should deliver.
A few things I picked up about this bag that might help the next buyer. I had approximately 8kgs stuffed into it, and I mean stuffed, and was just waiting for the zippers to fail, but they never did. I did notice the heavier the bag the more important it was to have it strapped snug against my upper back, and once I found the correct positioning for me, I never had a sore back since. Waterproof wise, it was excellent. Compartments all worked well. Anyone saying the upper flap opening is an issue are kidding themselves. I had coins and bike tools in there (so it was heavy) and it never flapped open and caused the bag zips to open and things fall out etc ever. I had my thongs/flip flops and a spare bike tyre in the mesh compartment and they never rode upwards and fell out ever.
Now I use this backpack for basic commuting with my laptop or what not and still have no issues.
10/10 backpack.
