Our breathable alpine hardshell is made using Pertex® Shield Air for extremely breathable, waterproof protection above the snowline.Its durable 3-layer fabric uses the same unique nanofiber membrane as the high-output Tempo Jacket to let sweat vapour escape without letting the elements in.Offset shoulder seams increase comfort under pack straps. External YKK AquaGuard® zips help seal water out, and a DWR finish increases water repellency.The result is a jacket that can protect you from rain, wind, and snow — on and off-mountain — without trapping excess moisture against your skin.Our Alpine Series is the direct result of our partnership with the New Zealand Alpine Team (NZAT). This team of elite mountaineers demand premium lightweight equipment that doesn't compromise performance.Testing by elite NZAT climbers and other ambassadors ensures it's fit for purpose in the field, and the overall fit is optimised for mobility.Please note: YKK AquaGuard® zips are highly water resistant, but not waterproof. If you're not completely satisfied, you are welcome to exchange your purchase* with the original receipt for a full refund, store credit, or an alternative product, within 60 days. The returned product must be unused, and in the original packaging with all tags still intact. Footwear should be tested indoors and returned in original packaging. Shoe boxes must be free of tape, writing, and stickers; use a postage bag for added protection.
