Product Description

Designed as a versatile mid or outer layer, this casual down vest features 600 loft duck down for cosy warmth. Wrapping around the down fill is a mid-weight polyester outer fabric — with a water repellent finish — and a lightweight, bluesign® approved nylon lining.

Designed with a zip-off hood, drop tail hem and narrow baffle lines for a flattering fit, the women's Zodiac Hooded Down Vest balances durability with weight, providing strategic warmth in cool weather.

bluesign® approved confirms this fabric has been manufactured with the responsible use of resources. This product contains RDS down certified by CU 1210688. The Responsible Down Standard (RDS) (independently) certifies down and feathers against animal welfare requirements and tracks it from farm to final product.

All Macpac down is independently certified to the RDS.

Care

Close zippers and fasteners
Cold gentle machine wash separately using a non-detergent soap (use a specialised product like Nikwax® Down Wash Direct®)

Dry flat in shade initially, then tumble dry — cool several times to separate the clumps of down and restore DWR/WR coating

Nice, but not black

It is nice, comfortable and of good quality, but it is grey and dark blue, not black. Pls aware of this before you buy.

Versatile Vest

Really happy with this down vest. Love the longer length, very handy on these cold mornings. Also really like the fact that the hood can be unzipped and taken off when not needed. Lovely and warm and good for layering under my other macpac jackets.

There are many puffers on the market

5 stars for warmth, stuff-ability and not bulky. Their are many puffers around, I liked this for the longer length. I find some just sit too short on the body and thin. Macpac does fab puffers and coats, quality products and great for Melbourne winters
